There
are 3 different train stations in Budapest: Keleti (East), Nyugati
(West) and Deli (South). If you arrive at Nyugati station take
the 4 or 6 tram to the Baross utca station and after 10 minutes
by walk through the Baross street or with 9 bus or 83 trolleybus
to the second station Koszorú utca. From there you should
to turn back 10 meters and turn left to the Szigony street. On
the corner Prater and Szigony street is building number 13, entrance
is from Leonardo da Vinci street direction.
If you arrive at Keleti or Deli station take the red metro line until the Deak
Square station. Get out from the metro station. From there take the bus 9 to
the 6th station Koszorú utca. |

Gay
Guesthouse is
situated close to the József Körút Boulevard
at Pest side, VIII district, and conveniently located near downtown
area with plenty of Gay friendly bars and clubs.

Its gay owned and gay operated and we take the
time to answer all your general and gay related
questions about Budapest. Open all year, check-in
on agreement. The staff is fluent English, Serbo-Croatian
and Hungarian speaking, German, Italian, Slovenian
and Russian basic knowledge and always reachable
by mobile phone for assistance.
We offer you private small room 7 sqm for 1
or 2 persons and bigger private room 21 sqm
for 1, 2, 3
or 4 people. The small room is equipped
with one single bed and another single bad can
be added, radio with CD player. The bigger room
has 1 doubled, 1 single bed and 1 bed can be
added, TV with local programs and video player.
All guests can to use work desk with PC, 24 hours
internet access is available. Also on PC you
can to watching on line TV and radio programs
from all the world. After arrival you
will get a mobile phone with Vodafone Hungarian
number for use during your stay. If your friends
would like to call they can reach you at the
mobile phone we will give to you free of charge
+36 70 (from abroad) or 06 70 inside Budapest.
No
extra charge for the phone and for incoming
calls. For incoming calls plus Prepaid Card
3000 HUF.
Towels, blankets and sheets etc. are there.
Keys are available for every guest. At check-in
you can get info where to buy tickets for public
transport, stamps and phone cards. Intercom
system is at front door. Free printed gay map,
map of town and tourist brochures we are giving
you after your arrival.
There are 2 elevators. The Gay Guesthouse is very bright,
sunny and panoramic view over Budapest from
9th floor. Kitchen are provided with wave, microwave,
fridge, electric stove, coffee maker, water cooker,
toaster, juice maker, self catering. Bathroom
has bathing tub with shower and sink. Central
heating and unlimited hot water are available
too. Pension has ironing facilities and wash
machine (free). Close to a supermarket. |

Directions
and Transfers
Gay Guesthouse is very easy accessible through the local transportation
service. From Deak F. square you can take bus 9 to the station Koszorú
utca. From the Fővám square at the beginning of Váci
street you can easy going by trolleybus 83 to the Koszorú
utca station. Also you can use tram 4 or 6 to the Baross utca station,
blue metro 2 to the Ferenc körút station. During the
night you can use night bus 906 to the Baross utca or 909 to the
Koszoru utca station.

Distance
from gay places
From
the Magnum sauna we are 8 minutes by walk, from discotheque Alibi
5 minutes by walk and within 2 bus or tram station from bar Action.
Parking
No
problem to find a parking space on the street, front of the pension.
No parking fees in this area. Near by the guesthouse on the corner
Prater and Szigony Street you will find also a 24 hours guarded
parking. The fee is 1000 HUF (approximately 4 euro), or 1 week 4500
HUF (approximately 18 euro). Reservations are not needed.

We
have our partner taxi service company to save you time and money.
This is a taxi service for our customers who have decided to stay
at one of our apartments. Also is not the problem to use this service
who will stay in any other place in Budapest. The cost of the transfer
is a low 4500 HUF (18 EURO) from the airport. Return to the airport
is also 4500 HUF (18 EURO). This is special discount for our costumers!
This cost is the total for one, two, or three people!
After arriving on the airport give us the call from Hungary 06306852643
or from aboard +36306852643 and we will order taxi for you. We will
give special code and your name and taxi will take you with discount
price. Taxi will be in 15 minutes on the airport in front of the
main entrance to waiting for you. Please see logo of our partner
taxi company to easier recognize the taxi.
If you don't want our service you can to choose between Taxi, Minibus
or Public transport. Minibus will take you for 3500 Forint per person
(approximately 14 Euro) from the airport to every address in the
center of Budapest. Airport taxi price is about 5000 Forint (20
Euro) It takes about 35 minutes, as the airport is in the outskirts.
Minibus desk you will find after you've passed the custom and taxi
in front of the main entrance on the airport. Seat reservation is
not necessary for mini bus before arrival at the airport. If you
want to using public transport take bus 200 to the last stop. From
there you can to use blue metro line to the city center.

Change
Rates & Payment
You
need to make reservations in advance. Check-in only on agreement.
No credit cards. If possible please prepare payment in EUR. Hungarian
Forint HUF is accepted too. We use the change rates that are published
on the day of your arrival at the web site http://www.xe.com/ucc/.
There is a lot of ATM where you can get Hungarian Forint using major
cards like Visa, Master Card, and Maestro etc. |
